We want you to love your limited-edition fashion and collectibles; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all apparel and accessories are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Mattel Creations account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is fully processed.
